July 1, 2010 – ICPAT, after four and half years of successful activities, is now under a transition period for the subsequent program to be reformed as the IGAD Security Sector Program (ISSP). 

The Program staffs are now under the IGAD Secretariat and the Office will continue with its main activities until fully constituted under the new program with a broader mandates. Updates on the activities and the process of transition will be communicated in due course. (End)
